Field Support Technician

The Field Support Technician will be responsible for a team of Field Support Technicians who provide customer on-site diagnosis, maintenance, repair, installation, and/or removal of basic to moderately complex electromechanical systems, Hydraulic systems and maintenance and repair of Heavy Duty Mobile equipment. Quality Assurance

Potential candidate will be a technical liaison between Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing and Suppliers to ensure quality assurance of our products, resolve quality issues, implement and provide technical support. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement to establish effective working relationships within Artisan Vehicle Systems and suppliers.
